In every organization there needs to be Lieutenants driving the core mission directed from the top of the chain of command. I don’t care if it is Google, the Border Patrol, a small business or an organization as large as the Department of Homeland Security.
I like to describe this absolute need of Lieutenants using the military. Generals devise the strategic plans and push those plans down to the lower-level Generals and Commanders. Then those plans are given to the Lieutenants to push down to the ground troops led by the Sergeants and finally to the frontline soldiers, sailors and airmen. The Generals at the top have no true ability to make the frontline guys move ahead and neither do the Commanders. The Sergeants and the frontline warriors must have the plans from the top, so the military is moving as one for a common goal. The implementation of these plans falls with the Lieutenants for they are the closest to the top and closet to the bottom of the chain of command.
This is where the plans are implemented and at times forced.
This scenario is no different in the DHS and the criminal activity of Alejandro Mayorkas and the Biden Administration that opened the borders allowing 30,000,000 illegal aliens into our nation.
The treasonous plans of Biden and Mayorkas could not be carried out from above. Instead, like in the military, the Lieutenants had to implement and at times force the Sergeants (Border Patrol and CBP Leadership) and the frontline warriors (Border Patrol Agents and ICE Officers) to carry out the intentional attack to destroy America’s sovereignty in order to fundamentally transform the United States of America.
Below is Chapter 13 from my Amazon Best Selling book, TREASON.

CHAPTER 13
The Lieutenants
For change to happen, there must be a vision and true leadership at the top; and the ground level workers must be given clear instructions on how to achieve success. As important as the top and the bottom of an organization are, the most significant section of the operation is located at the managerial level or as I like to label them, the Lieutenants. The Lieutenants of the DHS and the White House are powerful administrators within this cabal to weaponize immigration tools to change America.
Who are these people and are they really that bad? Buckle up!
As I detail just a few of the many Lieutenants placed in influential positions within the hierarchy of DHS and the White House, remember these are the professionals that should be supplying the necessary tools and funding to complete the only mission of the DHS and that of an American President which is securing and protecting the sovereignty of the United States of America. These Lieutenants were not hired to promote and drive the mission of the DHS, instead, they were hired to destroy the DHS and ultimately our nation from within. You will be shocked to learn who the power players are within the departments of DHS and their overt hatred of what they, on paper, were hired to do.
Here is a great individual to begin this journey of discovery, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Policy Analyst, Office of Policy and Strategy, Humanitarian Affairs Division Kursten Phelps. Sounds like a fantastic position to help ensure the border is secure and that the illegal aliens that are arrested are deported quickly. Not really. Ms. Phelps began her government career in USCIS in July 2021 and currently holds this position in USCIS. Ms. Phelps worked for the Tahirih Justice Center from 2013 to 2020. It is important to describe the Tahirih Justice Center mission because it says a lot about an individual that would leave that position and enter the world of federal immigration. Ms. Phelps worked for years with an organization that proudly boasts:
“How do we protect survivors of violence?
Tahirih works to dismantle the laws, practices, and attitudes that leave immigrant survivors vulnerable to abuse. We provide each survivor with the resources they need to secure personal protection and support their agency in their healing journey. By working at both the systemic and individual levels, we seek to have a truly transformative impact on our justice system. We take an interdisciplinary approach to secure justice for survivors. Through free legal and social services, policy advocacy, and community outreach and training, we protect and expand legal rights for immigrant survivors of gender-based violence seeking safety in the U.S.”116
I don’t know if employing an individual into USCIS, whose sole mission is to ensure the legal immigrants that come into America are immigrants that benefit America, from a nonprofit that “works to dismantle laws, practices and attitudes…”116 seems like a smart choice. Ms. Phelps seems to be an odd addition to USCIS. But wait there is more. In a video on “The Role of Social Workers in Immigration Legal Services Organizations,” Ms. Phelps tells the viewers bluntly, “To gain legal status…requires interaction with systems of oppression…they have to be of value to a system of oppression. Systems that can oppress or cause harm directly to their own communities, such as we see with law enforcement harming black and brown communities.”117 And my two favorites, “It ultimately places survivors at the intersection of this white supremacy rubric…There is a pipeline from criminalization and racially motivated and racist white supremacist law enforcement practices directly to a deportation pipeline.”117 Thank God, Ms. Phelps is on our side!
Let’s look at one of my favorite groups inside the boondoggle of federal immigration law, the Immigration Judges (IJ). Judge Andrea Saenz is a perfect starting point.118 Ms. Saenz was a proud member of Brooklyn Public Defenders Services. What is the Brooklyn Public Defenders Services most proud of?
“Brooklyn Defenders’ Immigration Practice protects the rights of immigrant New Yorkers by defending against ICE detention and deportation, minimizing the negative immigration consequences of criminal and family charges for non-citizens and representing immigrants in applications for immigration benefits.
Our immigration practice represents people who are applying for immigration relief, including asylum, before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (“USCIS”), and in removal proceedings in New York’s immigration courts. We are one of three New York Immigrant Family Unity Project (NYIFUP) providers, which specializes in representing people who are detained while they await their deportation hearing.
Our specialized team of attorneys also provides assessments and advice to defense attorneys across Brooklyn Defenders and all our clients about the specific impact of their legal case on their immigration status.”119
So here we have an Immigration Judge adjudicating immigration cases that spent six years working for an organization that fought against the very same DHS that now employs her. What type of immigrants did Saenz provide legal services to prior to being appointed an IJ? Try this one on for size – Braulio Duran Acevedo, a native of Mexico and lawful permanent resident who has lived in the U.S. since 1969, was convicted in 2015 of attempted oral or anal sexual conduct with a person under age 15 in violation of N.Y. Penal Law § 130.45(1).120 Duran Acevedo was found guilty and ordered deported after his appeals, but at least he had representation.
