Now that we have an effective, aggressive, and fully operational Department of Deportation (DD), all outside enforcement activities must be firing on all cylinders.
If you are facilitating or playing any role in the lives of illegal aliens, you will be heavily fined and or jailed.
Every aspect of daily living in the United States of America must be removed from all illegal aliens.
Let’s begin:
Employment – In the early 1990s, the United States Border Patrol enforced employee sanctions on border towns, cities and states. It was a resounding success, and the irony of all ironies was the biggest cheerleaders were legal Mexican nationals working in the U.S. In fact, my colleagues that worked during this operation state that it was those same legal Mexicans that would provide the leads on the ranches, farms, and businesses that hired illegal aliens.
Why would they, the Mexicans, do that?
Because the illegal aliens were undercutting and or taking the legal Mexican’s hourly wage and or their job. It is really that simple.
The employee sanctions worked and businesses across the southern border adhered to these laws because the fines in the thousands of dollars per illegal alien would cripple a business. This operation was so effective, the lobbying groups and the politicians from both parties forced the Border Patrol to stop. Ahhh, America….
America has a current system in place called e-Verify. This system allows employers to verify if an individual has a social security number and if that individual can legally be employed. Couple e-Verify with the national mandate of the Real ID and change will be immediate.
Bank Accounts – I challenge you to go to any nation on Earth, without a valid passport and visa, and open a bank account. Good luck because it will never happen. Except here in the United States of America! Yes, we allow illegals to bank here in America. The same banking system that tracks and reports all of our purchases to the government and to law enforcement, that same government allows criminals to open and use their bank accounts to launder monies from our monetary system to their home foreign nations. End it all immediately making it impossible to do business, pay bills or send billions in remittances. This will include all money wires. If these banks and money wiring services don’t comply, the government seizes the banks.
Rent and Mortgages – Yes, we give illegal aliens mortgages! Our banking system that has finite funds service illegal aliens over Americans! Why? Because these loans are 100 percent backed by the federal government. So, when these illegal aliens default and they all do, the banks are fully refunded by, and yes, you guessed it, YOU THE TAXPAYER! The same law will apply to apartment complexes and mortgage companies that apply to the banks and employers. What happens to these illegal aliens if they cannot work or live in America? Are you getting how this all works?
Social Benefits – Per the immigration and Nationality ACT (INA), any legal immigrant that receives any government subsidies OR will require governmental assistance in the future is deportable. The U.S. government simply ignores this law and provides every governmental assistance to legal and illegal aliens. Just on a side note, illegal aliens that have been given social security numbers (Yes, Biden gave millions of illegal aliens social security numbers) receive more social security money through “disability” than an Americans that has worked for 30 years and paid into the system! Any state that allows social benefits to be given to illegal aliens will immediately lose federal funding and that city, community, town or municipality will be investigated and the individuals involved will be arrested.
Healthcare – All illegal aliens will receive ZERO medical care. Outside of strictly defined medical emergencies, illegal aliens will be swiftly arrested and medically transported to their home nation. Any hospital that grants non-life saving care will be heavily fined, no reimbursements, and after a defined number of offenses, that hospital will lose their operating license. If that hospital is essential for the community, that hospital will be sold immediately and no operational continuity will be lost.
Education – If a child cannot prove that they are a U.S. citizen, they are refused admission into our public and private schools. Sorry, take your child and register them in their school in Sudan, Mexico, Guatemala, or in whatever third world hellscape just not in our schools with our children!
These are six simple applications that must be done right now! The adversaries to this plan will all squawk about how it’s unfair and how it is hurt communities etc. Will there be initial pain? Yes. Any change in any facet of life will be unpleasant. However, this uncomfortable moment will be just that, a moment.
Imagine this is instituted tomorrow and within 30 days millions of jobs are opened up, millions of apartments and homes are available to rent or purchase, classrooms across America have an average of 15 students that all speak English instead of 35 students with a third speaking multiple foreign languages, roadways are flowing without uninsured motorists, social benefits have more than enough funds to service needy Americans, millions of criminals are longer in America, hospitals and emergency rooms are moving with efficiency instead of being overburdened; Americans are the priority.
What a F$CKING concept! A nation called America that focuses and services Americans!
Everything that I have written and proposed in my five-part series is rational and achievable.
We now have to come together and demand a country that is for us, the American.
When we come together, we can then name a “leader”, and that “leader” will be held to the highest standard in order for America to regain her greatness. And we need “leaders” in all levels of government, religion, business and in every segment of our communities.
As in all of life, the choices are really black and white. This moment in American history is no different.
