The overburdened, chaotic and redundant administrative piece of this sh$t sandwich called “Mass Deportations” is the biggest obstacle to America’s sovereignty.
The administration of deportations has been strategically and intentionally sabotaged. There is so much unnecessary, repetitive, and circular paperwork to deport an illegal alien that it would drive an average person crazy.
When I was working within the ICE system, I saw illegal alien files as thick as four to six inches! These files would go back decades! It’s complete insanity!
When my Fugitive Operations team would arrest one, five or fifteen illegal aliens, it would take two to three hours of processing PER ILLEGAL ALIEN!
Without removing this obstacle, there will never be mass deportations. Hell, there won’t even be minimum deportations. A great analogy would be there is a large stick that is stuck in between the spokes of your bicycle wheel. This stick is strong and thick. The bully down the street (Politicians) took that stick and jammed it into our bicycle wheel. All the kids on the block want to go riding together and they are all yelling at you to hurry up. The bully is mocking you as incompetent and weak. The neighbor kids ride off laughing and having a great time. You are so determined to ride with your friends that you run to them dragging your bike alongside of you hoping the stick will magically remove itself.
Each moment you drag your bike; the neighborhood kids get further and further away from you to the point you lose all eyesight of them. Exhausted you give up and sit completely dejected on the side of the road.
That’s what it feels like in the world of immigration law enforcement and trying to deport the tens of millions of third world savages.
The big stick stuck in our wheel is the administrative paperwork forced upon immigration officers by politicians and layers and layers of lawyers. We have allowed corrupt federal judges to block justified deportations. Our nation of patriots that demand law and order have been told to sit down and shut up because these illegal aliens are protected under the Constitution of the United States of America. As crazy as that last sentence was to write, it is believed to be the truth in the elite circles of our society and in the upper echelon on our justice system.
Let’s get a foundation fact “out of the shadows” and into the spotlight. That fact is the U.S Constitution protects U.S citizens only. Legal immigrants receive some but not all of the Constitutional protections. Illegal aliens receive one and only one protection and those are the protections of criminal arrests.
Let me explain: A U.S. citizen is granted, by God, the liberties and freedoms of life called Rights, and the Constitution protects those rights. A legal immigrant from Germany is not a U.S. citizen and that individual is not fully protected by the Constitution. For example, the German citizen does not have the right of complete freedom of speech that a U.S. citizen possesses. A German citizen, that is here as a guest of the U.S., cannot protest against our government. They cannot write critical essays against the U.S. government. They cannot form a militia. They cannot demand political representation. In short, the U.S. Constitution is for U.S. citizens. As a guest in America, we afford you protections but not the entire enchilada and that is why our citizenship has such great meaning and worth.
If a legal immigrant has some rights and a nonimmigrant, say a foreign tourist or student, has even less, can you please explain the propaganda of “due process” for illegal aliens? You cannot because it’s all a lie. We provide a court hearing in front of a judge, free attorneys and we illegal allow illegal aliens to remain in the U.S. as they try to adjudicate their status. Why do will do this? Because we are enlightened?
Before I go into the Department of Deportation part three of the mass deportation plan, let me further articulate the legal requirements needed to be given an illegal alien. I need to do this to show the “leap” that I will suggest in the DD is simply a small step into sane policies that will strengthen American sovereignty.
If you are illegally in the United States, per law, you must be arrested and you cannot receive a bond or be released. Period. That individual must be adjudicated and then deported. That same individual can claim one thing or another and request their status in America be changed. There is a process for that, but that process begins back in their home country. Per the Immigration and Nationality ACT (INA), all individuals must return to their home country and process their immigration claim there. Why did we enforce this prior to and after Biden? Because the entire world could come to our borders, cross and then squat and demand to see an immigration judge. This is exactly what 30,000,000 illegal aliens did under Joe Biden.
Just so you have some understanding on how the immigration system has been completely destroyed, can you guess how many Immigration Judges there are in the United States to handle the 50,000,000 illegal aliens that the Democrats want to all have “due process”? Total? Com’on guess…
SEVEN HUNDRED!
Not seven hundred thousand or even seven thousand but SEVEN HUNDRED!
The current system and process is beyond repair.
The President must create an Executive Order abolishing all administrative paperwork and streamline the process of deportation. This is how it will work.
An individual either is encountered and arrested or comes into an ICE facility and surrenders, they are quickly electronically scanned and determined what is their country of origin. Once that is verified, the DD Agent checks a box verifying the country of origin and that individual is tagged with an ankle bracelet or a wrist bracelet with a scan bar. That individual is turned over to the logistical arm or DD run by the U.S. military. The logistical arm of DD then escorts the individual to the nearest airstrip and loads that individual onto a staged airplane. Once that airplane is full of a certain nationality or nationalities, that plane leaves the United States to deport hundreds of illegal aliens. This is repeated as many times as we have airplanes.
If we have any delays in our deportation flights, we will have short-term holding facilities right on the runways. All long-term holding facilities are gone.
It is that simple.
I understand the lawfare and the anti-America forces will challenge and try to crush this deportation system. This is where the sitting President of the United States is going to have to have a spine of steel.
The President is going to have to respond to all lawsuits and political stunts as President Andrew Jackson did when he set a strong precedent. What was that precedent set? The Supreme Court instructed President Jackson that he had to return the state of Georgia back to the Cherokee Indian tribe. President Jackson that the Supreme Court to go pound sand. In fact, lore has it that President Jackson told these men in black robes that have no power to enforce such nonsense, “…come and enforce it!”
Our President must act in the same bold and defiant manner as President Jackson. That is the only way.
What is the other option? Get on his knees and beg the criminals that destroyed the system to allow the President to try as hard as he can to drag his bike down the street!
We are either in a national security emergency or we are not. There is no middle ground, no gray area or meeting halfway. The national emergency is as clear as day.
We must act as quickly with laser sharp focus and determination if we want to secure our nation’s present and future.
Who are these men that will be the leaders in the Department of Deportations?
