I am sitting in the Kansas City International Airport waiting to board my Southwest Airlines flight, paid for my bags to travel which is unamerican, to Las Vegas to be a participant in FreedomFest.

I am going to be an “Expert Witness” in a mock trial on how ICE is evil, unconstitutional, and ultimately how ICE is a bunch of meanies. The great Wayne Allyn Root will be the defense attorney, and the other “Expert Witness” will be the actor that is famous for playing Superman, Dean Cain. This should be interesting…

Sadly, there is a significant percentage of Americans that believe ICE is a Nazi organization, and the officers are direct descendants from the Third Reich. I supervised ICE Officers during my career in the United States Border Patrol. I had these Nazis in my task force units and they were great at their profession. I spent over six months working as an Enforcement and Removal Officer (ERO) on the Kansas City Fugitive Operations Team. Every single man on that unit is professional, highly trained, intelligent and possesses large amounts of courage.

You can’t be on the Fugitive Operations Team without courage. The level of violence is off the charts. The violence and physical danger are from the criminal savages we arrest AND the crazed U.S. citizens that harass and assault us for removing, from our streets, the most violent and the vilest people God ever created.

The other side of this mock trial will be led by an attorney from the Neveda branch of the ACLU. What could go wrong? I can already hear the wild accusations and slander waiting for me! I understand that this is all theater but as in the real world, lawyers and political appointees never intimidate me. I possess the intellect to graduate from law school and pass the bar. I have the temperament to be in a position as a political hack and stand toe to toe with quote unquote “intellectuals”. But and this is a huge “BUT”, they could never, even for an hour, do what I have done in this violent world of law enforcement. I know this both drives the Left and the RINOS crazy and it also makes me a target.

What does the powerful do when they hate the message? What does the powerful do when the message must be contained and then buried? What does the powerful do when the message threatens to end their wealth and their power?

They attack the messenger!

You immediately become a racist. A xenophobe. A white nationalist. A Christian nationalist. You become everything that scares the average uneducated American.

When this happens to me, I do the unexpected. I accept the labels thrown at me!

I wait for all the hysterical hand wringing to stop, the loud speaking to subside, and the indignation to fade away and that is when I ask the most important question: If all those labels are true and I am a bad person, what part of the message, my claim, is incorrect?

There is always a deafening silent. Then the accusations start all over again. These moments are insufferable, but they are necessary. They are necessary because the narrative and the language in the narrative must change. The time of being afraid of speaking the truth has passed. The time of stone-cold truth being spoken openly and without apology is now.

I believe the sovereignty of America hangs in the balance.

I believe the end of America as we have known and loved her is ending.I believe the demographic upheaval of our nation is the end of our nation.

I do not know how this all ends but I do know what role I will play in this mock trial and in the real world: I will be a voice of truth, and I will never apologize for my beliefs.

America can be safe again, but only if we demand accountability and return to the foundations that made us strong.

Mr. Root and his lovely wife, Cindy, invited me to an event later that evening that Mr. Root was mc’ing. The event was held by Zhittya Genesis Medicine. This medical research company wants to circumvent the corrupt and oppressive FDA as any new drug takes 20 years and 2,000,000,000 dollars to bring to market. Thus, any new remedies or treatments are stymied instantly because who has 20 years and 2 billion dollars? Zhittya Genesis wants to use the lost authority of state’s rights, and they want Nevada to be that state because they had done this before. I thought, “What did they do before?”
