What does the 14th Amendment of the United States Constitution say?

It’s not what we have been propagandized to believe. I did not say what we have been lied about to believe but propagandized. There is a huge difference. A lie is a quick fictional statement that usually falls apart after some time. But propaganda is a long process to turn reality into fiction and then that fiction becomes reality. What seems real and obvious is a complete twisting of reality.
Thus the 14th Amendment has become a twisted reality from intense propaganda.
Before I start to dismantle the lie that all persons that are born in America are automatically citizens of the United States, let’s read exactly what the 14th Amendment says:
“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
My paid subscriber audience knows that I am an expert on this topic not but if you are a new subscriber, I had to learn this provision of the U.S. Constitution before I could graduate from the five-month Border Patrol Academy. I had to endure another five months after graduation of “in the field” training and classroom instruction and pass or fail tests. Pass or fail meant stay employed or be fired!
What was I taught to the point of exhaustion? Every aspect of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). The INA is the bible on immigration law, and no new immigration law has replaced this for decades. My law professors drilled into our young minds that the 14th Amendment applied to individuals had to, must have, and at all times meet both of the requirements outlined in the amendment.
What are the requirements that were stated clearly? An individual must be born in “AND” subject to the jurisdiction thereof. What does this second phrase mean? It means that the individual receiving citizenship has to be under the jurisdiction of the United States. Let me give you an example:
A German couple vacations in the Grand Canyon on a tourist visa. The wife is 7 months pregnant, and she is hiking up and down the trails taking in God’s creation and then her water breaks. She is rushed to the nearest hospital and gives birth to a beautiful blonde haired German boy. That child was born on American soil BUT he was born under the jurisdiction of Germany. That child is a German citizen NOT an American citizen.
To fully understand the intent of this amendment, we must look at the creators of this amendment and what were their motives and what did they specifically state. Let’s look at one of the main writers of this amendment Senator Jacob M. Howard. I took this straight from Grok and it is correct:
Senator Jacob M. Howard (1805–1871), a Republican from Michigan, was a pivotal figure in the drafting and passage of the 14th Amendment during Reconstruction. As a U.S. Senator (1862–1871) and member of the Joint Committee on Reconstruction, Howard helped author the amendment’s text. When committee chair William Pitt Fessenden fell ill, Howard became the Senate’s chief advocate, introducing the amendment on May 23, 1866, and steering it to passage on June 8, 1866. He notably authored the Citizenship Clause, clarifying during debates that it grants citizenship to those “born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof,” excluding children of foreign diplomats, invading enemies, and Native Americans in tribal affiliations, while aligning it with the Civil Rights Act of 1866 to protect freed slaves’ rights. I would encourage everyone to read Senator Howard’s speech on the floor of the Senate discussing the 14th Amendment. I challenge anyone to read his speech and draw from his words any form of Howard trying to craft an amendment to secure illegal aliens the right to citizenship! In fact, this bill forbad Native American Indians the right to citizenship. That would come later in another amendment. The idea that these men that drafted this amendment wanted to include every person on planet earth to be citizens of the United States by simply being born here is absurd, completely absurd. In fact, when you read his speech and other’s arguments, this amendment is about citizenship rights being honored across the states of America. That one state could not deny the citizenship of say a citizen of Virginia in the state of New York.
Let’s say that I took a time machine back to 1866 and I was given an opportunity to speak to these great men, and I wanted to advocate for illegal aliens. Let’s hear my argument:
Great men of the Senate, I understand you want this amendment to bar Native American Indians and certain blacks from citizenship. With that in mind, I want to present you with an issue we will have in America in the future. If a citizen of the nation of Guatemala, a young woman that is pregnant, crosses the Mexican border illegally into the state of Texas and then stops within feet of the border and that same illegal alien Guatemalan woman literally gives birth to a child on the dusty border trail: Can that child receive the right to be a citizen of America?
I would be both laughed at and driven from the chambers for being stupid, inept and dangerous.
The absurdity of the current morons in the media and in politics has never been at this level. The 14th Amendment is clear in its definitions of citizenship and how one achieves the ownership of this privilege. Illegal alien anchor babies and Chinese maternity scams do not meet the definitions of citizenship.
The Supreme Court has announced that they will hear this argument. This is such a simple argument to win but the anti-America justices on the Supreme Court will fight with all their might to keep the absurdity of birth right citizenship alive and well.
Why does the Left, RINOs, and the elites want this abomination to continue? Because these groups have wanted this to continue since they lost the fight on slaves. Illegal aliens and their children are the new slaves in America, and they are our replacement.
When the Supreme Court rules against birth right citizenship, all hell will break loose!
America has a chance to root out the evil and the traitorous ways of the elites. If we lose this fight, the United States of America is finished.
That is not hyperbole but just the truth.
No other nation in the history of the world would allow this to be the law.
Why? Because every nation understands the importance of citizenship as to their nation’s societal and cultural norms and to the safety of their country.
Why should we be any different!
