EXECUTIVE BRIEF: There Are No Mass Deportations! Secretary Markwayne Mullin talks a tough game. Deportations are up, he says. Worst of the worst, he says. Flights before sunrise. The base wants mass deportation and we need it. Fine. Then look at the ledger. Tens of millions still here illegally. Sanctuary cities still shield them. Temporary status got stretched for years until the courts finally snapped it. Self-deport cash and a plane ticket is not the same as emptying the country of people who broke the law and stayed. Record flights sound impressive until you stack them against the invasion that came in under Biden. A nation of laws does not wink at lawbreaking and call it finished. Romans 13 is not a suggestion. Borders are a duty. Until removals match the scale of the crime, do not sell the remnant a slogan and call it victory.

That order built stable homes and restrained government. Expanded suffrage tracked with the rise of the welfare state, no-fault divorce, and policies that reward single motherhood over marriage. Voting patterns split hard by sex on spending, immigration, and crime. Men and women are not interchangeable. Pretending otherwise cost us cohesion. America traded paternal duty for emotional politics, and the bill keeps coming due in broken homes and bloated budgets.
