EXECUTIVE BRIEF: Another Lie! The left never stops swinging the 14th Amendment like a club, claiming it turns every baby dropped on U.S. soil into an automatic American citizen no matter who the parents are or why they crossed the border. They scream “birthright citizenship” like it’s some sacred commandment carved on the tablets Moses brought down. It’s not. It’s a lie built on a century of judicial activism and political cowardice.Section 1 is crystal clear: “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens.” That phrase “and subject to the jurisdiction thereof” is the key the Marxists always skip over. In 1866 the men who wrote it made plain that it did NOT apply to children of foreigners, aliens, or diplomats. Senator Jacob Howard, the author, said on the Senate floor it excludes “persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers.” The 1884 Elk v. Wilkins Supreme Court ruling reaffirmed it. Even Wong Kim Ark in 1898 only granted citizenship to a child of legal permanent residents who owed allegiance to the United States, not illegal aliens or visa overstays.Today the invasion industry uses this twisted reading to chain-migrate entire villages and lock in future Democrat voters. Anchor babies get citizenship, then mom and dad get amnesty, then the whole clan follows. It’s demographic warfare blessed by black-robed activists. President Trump was 100% right in 2018 when he said he could end it with an executive order because the 14th never meant what they claim. Congress can fix it tomorrow with a simple statute clarifying jurisdiction, and the Supreme Court, now cleaned up a bit, would uphold it. The Constitution is not a suicide pact.

PRACTICAL TIPS: Start talking about the 14th Amendment at church, at the gun club, at the diner, everywhere. Most Americans still think “born here = citizen” is written in stone because that’s what public schools and CNN pounded into their heads. Print out the actual text of Section 1, highlight “and subject to the jurisdiction thereof,” and carry copies in your truck. Quote Senator Howard and the Elk case. When somebody parrots the anchor-baby line, hand them the sheet and ask them to show you where the amendment says illegal aliens are under full U.S. jurisdiction. They can’t.Call your congressman and both senators this week, yes, even the RINOs, and demand they co-sponsor a jurisdiction clarification bill. Remind them the new Congress and a friendly Supreme Court make 2025 the perfect time to end this 50-year scam. Tell them you vote and you remember. Ten calls a day from real constituents terrify staffers.

First, make this the hill you plant your flag on with family and friends. Explain how the current misreading rewards lawbreaking and punishes citizens. The left took over institutions one city council seat at a time; we can take them back the same way.Finally, pray hard. This nation was consecrated to God, and only returning to His laws, including just borders and the rule of law, will save it. The 14th Amendment is not the problem; the rebellion against its original meaning is. Stand up, speak truth, and refuse to back down.

Polls from 2025 highlight younger Gen Z leaning right on key issues like borders, family values, and rejecting woke extremism. White teens identify conservative at nearly double the rate of others, and overall, there’s a backlash against the left’s overreach. Generation Alpha, still kids mostly, but early signs point the same way. Raised by parents scarred by millennial mistakes, they’re hitting an age where Christian identity holds strong, around two-thirds claiming it in fresh studies. They’re primed to reject the brain rot of endless screens and godless agendas. This isn’t some fleeting vibe, it’s a rebellion rooted in biblical principles, patriotism, and a hunger for order in a nation that’s lost its way. If we guide them right, pray over them, and stand firm, these generations will reclaim America’s soul, restore law and order, protect innocence, and put God back at the center. They hold the key to turning this ship around before it’s too late.
