EXECUTIVE BRIEF: When Do We Revolt? Brothers and sisters, as we close out 2025, the pressure cooker in America is about ready to blow. We see good, hardworking people fed up with a government that no longer serves them but rules over them like some distant king. President Trump came in with a mandate to drain the swamp and put America first, yet even now, with mass deportations rolling and borders finally getting locked down, the deep state bureaucrats and globalist holdovers keep dragging their feet. The longest shutdown in history left families scrambling, and elites like the Clintons and Bezos seem to pull strings while regular Americans foot the bill. Resentment boils because promises of freedom ring hollow when big government still crushes the little guy. As Christians, we know Scripture warns against tyranny, Proverbs tells us the righteous hate what is false, and we have a duty to stand against evil rulers. The founders revolted when taxes and control became unbearable, throwing off chains for liberty under God. Today, that same spirit stirs. When does peaceful petition turn to rightful resistance? When government defies God’s natural law, tramples our God-given rights, and leaves no redress. We are close, my friends, closer than many admit. Prayer first, preparation always, but never surrender our republic without a fight grounded in faith and justice.

You know exactly who I’m talking about – the woman who demands to speak to the manager because her latte isn’t hot enough, or the one who calls the cops on kids selling lemonade without a permit, or worse, the ones weaponizing their tears and victimhood to control everyone around them. These are the self-appointed hall monitors of society who think rules don’t apply to them but everyone else better toe the line. What makes it infuriating is how they cloak their nastiness in fake politeness and progressive virtue-signaling while destroying lives with one phone call or viral video. They embody everything wrong with a culture that rewards outrage over reason and entitlement over personal responsibility. As Christians, we’re called to patience and grace, but Scripture also tells us to rebuke evil and stand for truth. Karens represent petty tyranny in everyday life, and they’re a symptom of a deeper rot where accountability is gone and feelings trump facts. We’ve all dealt with them at stores, schools, or neighborhoods, and it’s time we call it out plainly: this behavior isn’t “strong woman” energy, it’s sinful pride run amok. Enough is enough.

I have conversations with my 14-year-old son that black sharecroppers had with their sons. I imagine those conversations went something like this: “Son, God made you in His image so be proud of who you are and the way God made you.”, “Son, your black skin is beautiful. You were made perfectly by God!”, and maybe, “Son, don’t you ever let anyone demean you, denigrate you, or make you feel less than because of the color of your skin.”, and finally I believe that black sharecropper shared my contempt for racists, “Son, fuck all them racists!”

It’s time to reclaim that without apology, because losing it means losing the soul of our nation.
